Abstract des Autors

The purpose of the modern system of sports training is substantiation of such a strategy of elite athlete's training, capable of providing a stable progress of athletes' sports results based on the use of crucially new approaches to formation of the system of their long-term training. One of such approaches is intensification of the methods role of the "technique-coordination" factor and assignment of coordination work to a single aspect of training with allocation of the tasks, means and methods by the stages of the long-term educative-training process. However some aspects of coordination training are still on the level of the 60-70s by the level of its scientific development and foundation. The purpose of the research was to subject some methods approaches to planning of coordination training of junior athletes in view of the features of their age development. Conclusion. In the majority of sports coordination training is to be allocated as a single aspect of athletes' training with definition of the tasks, means and methods for every educative-training stage. While planning coordination training in a long-term educative-training process it is necessary to take into account age-sex and individual features of development of single coordination abilities, coordinating complicacy and training potential of the applied exercises as well as means and methods of its control to make controllable the process of its development.
