Abstract des Autors

Nowadays development of sports movement among Russian students is associated with increased attention to student sport. Nowadays the role of development of the quoted phenomenon for Russian society is enshrined on the level of laws and regulations. The increase of students regularly going in for sport is one of the targets of realization of the “Strategy of development of physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation for the period till 2020”, and development of student sport is one of the basic directions of perfection of training of elite athletes and sports reserve to increase compatibility of Russian sport on the international arena. The purposes and tasks of development of physical culture and sport in Russia lay the basis of the Focused program of Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous region - Ugra "Development of physical culture and sport in KhMAR - Ugra» in 2011-2012 and the schedule date till 2015, where improvement of sports-mass activity in educational institutions is considered as a key direction. The university sports-recreational and sports-mass works are to be put on a new qualitative level promoting more effective solution of set purposes and tasks. Verf.-Referat
