Abstract des Autors

As proved by practice, formation of moral qualities in children's sport is not theoretically substantiated properly and organizationally-methodically supported in the training process at existing imbalance of moral and physical education of teenagers, isolated solution of educative tasks in sports activity. The purpose of the present research was to determine organizational-pedagogical ways, forms and methods of formation of moral qualities of teenage personality at specialized children's sports school. Conclusion. As shown by the research results moral perfection of teenager's personality is impossible by imposing him moral ideas, social etiquette and moral principles against his will and grain. First of all, it is important to "wake up" his good will origins, reveal positive moral qualities. The following stage is effect on his consciousness for him to settle down to the course of spiritual self-perfection and liberation. All this should lay the basis of self-education realized by teenager's acquiring spiritual-practical experience for perception of himself. Proceeding from the experience voluntary and creative participation of students in different types of social activity is of great importance, where they deflect social values through consciousness and self-consciousness, master personal qualities.
