Abstract des Autors

Junior dancers' functional body responses are to be adapted on dance trainings to competitive loads in sports dances. Thus it is especially acute to allocate intensity of physical load for dancers of single age groups while performing dance programs. The aim of the paper was to study the intensity of physical load for girls and boys of the junior group 1 while performing Latin American and Standard dances. Development of such qualities as explosive physical force, flexibility, agility, power endurance can decrease energy consumption of junior dancers while performing dance programs. Decrease of energy consumption while performing dances from the competitive program can render a positive effect on the quality of performance of dance technical elements and increase of sports result. The studies prove that sports dances performed within a competition render great physiological influence on the cardiovascular system of junior dancers. The mean cardiac rate in male and female dancers of the junior age group 1 exceeds the values of heart rate on the level of anaerobic threshold. The intensity of physical load for dancer of the junior age group 1 while performing standard and Latin American programs in competitive conditions was proved to exceed the limit of anaerobic threshold. Dances are performed in a mixed aerobic-anaerobic and sometimes anaerobic-glycolytic regime of physical activity. Verf.-Referat
