Abstract des Autors
The analysis of results of competitive activity of leading athletes in judo revealed the necessity of search for effective ways of increase of sportsmanship. The purpose of the present research was to work an integrated approach to mastering of the system of sports training of qualified judokas. The analysis of specialized literature, proceedings of the researches, study and generalization of the advanced teacher's experience testify to the capacity of realization of personally-focused approach to training of a qualified judoka in case of the capacity of independent choice of means of performance of mastered technical-tactical actions depending on the situations arising with a combat with an opponent. Herewith stimulation of wrestlers to search for various variants of effective performance of the attacking technique and the use of most effective one in a certain situation is an acute pedagogical condition of growth of wrestlers' sportsmanship. The results of the carried out research proved effectiveness of development and use of the special model of increase of sportsmanship of qualified judokas, the use of which promoted more effective management of the educational-training process, as well as revelation of the most effective training means and methods, allocation of the correlation of its use on different stages of training process and facilitated improvement in indices of body functional status resulting in the growth of fitness level.
