Abstract des Autors
Recent findings concerning molecular processes accompanying load stimuli may give reason to revise Jakowlew’s more than thirty-year-old model for explaining the adaptation to training. At molecular level there is a hierarchical structure of signal proteins that process the load stimulus and lead to structural changes. Endurance and strength training trigger different signal cascade. Before reaching a higher level adaptation about 4-6 weeks of training, the changing state of adjustment, adaptation and regeneration must be properly run through in the organism. On the basis of the four step model of adaptation presented in this article, the physical abilities can be developed in a relatively stable way. Verf.-Referat
Abstract des Autors
Verf.-Referat
