Abstract
This contribution mainly focuses on the financing of facilities in Germany. First, a short literature review on facility financing in Germany is given, followed by some general aspects regarding financing possibilities. Afterwards, several practical examples are presented, including some of the stadium projects from the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany as well as the most important sports halls respectively multi-functional arenas in Germany. The contribution closes with potential shortcomings of financing projects and a conclusion. Verf.-Referat
