Abstract
This article reflects and summarizes results of just-published research on the relationship between sports stars and sports journalists. The study was carried out by PD Dr Michael Schaffrath at the Institute of Sports, Media and Communication at the Technical University of Munich under the special direction of the head, Professor Dr Dr h.c. Josef Hackforth of the AUDI Institute for Sport Communication. The AUDI Institute for Sport Communication has partnered with AIPS to provide scientific data in the field of sports media.
