Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job security and job satisfaction of a sample of Greek physical education (PE) teachers. The sample consisted of 117 PE teachers, 30 to 55 years of age. Findings showed that the sample Greek PE teachers were satisfied with the job itself and supervision, but were dissatisfied with promotional opportunities and pay. Results also showed that job security significantly correlates positively only with the supervision aspect of job satisfaction. Verf.-Referat
