Abstract des Autors

When athletics learn a complex movement the basic aspects of the motor action are cognitive presented. After WIEMEYER (1994) the movement representations are hypothetical working models, which are able to explain human action and motor control. Our opinion is that motor learning can be described as a development, a change and a connection of different movement representations. Two processes can introduce this change:1. The information about motor processes, including the mental training. 2. Internal or external feedback during (or after) the realized movement. Under this aspect we pointed out the goal to analyse in specific the relationship between cognitive movement representation and motor action in judo training and to use the results for the optimization of the training process. Just for this process a equipment system with the name Judo mental" was developed and tested under the supervision of Prof. Blaser at the sports science institute at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. Using the judo as an example with the equipment it got possible to register anticipated movement representations (WIEMEYER 1994). This equipment offers a training appliance as well as a diagnosis instrument for the development and control of the ability factor of technique/coordination. Verf.-Referat
