Für den Beobachter des menschlichen Ganges kommen in kurzer Zeit zu viele Informationen zusammen, als dass er alle gleichzeitig erkennen und korrekt verarbeiten könnte. Die Notwendigkeit, die Bewegungen einzelner Körperteile (Kinematik) in drei Dimensionen zu dokumentieren und mit Informationen der wirkenden Kraft vom Boden (Kinetik) und der Aktivität der Muskulatur (Elektromyografie) zu ergänzen, hat deshalb zur Entwicklung der instrumentierten Ganganalyse geführt. Das Ziel dieser Dokumentation ist es daher, ausgewählte Messsysteme und Messmethoden der instrumentierten Ganganalyse vorzustellen und anhand von exemplarischen Resultaten zu illustrieren. Der Beitrag soll dazu beitragen, den heutigen Stand der Forschung der Ganganalyse aufzuzeigen. Verf.-Referat When observing a person during gait too much information comes together in a short period of time and only part of this information can be memorized. Thus, the necessity to document movements of different body segments in three dimensions (kinematics) and to complement them with information of acting forces from the ground (kinetics) and the muscular activity (electromyography) has led to the development of the instrumented gait analysis. The goal of this documentation is to present selected measuring systems and methods of the instrumented gait analysis and to illustrate them with exemplary results. This paper is thought to document today’s state-of-the-art in the area of the instrumented gait analysis. Verf.-Referat |
