Abstract

Sport for Persons with a Disability includes articles that were selected for the range of topics, sports, regions and fields of study and highlights some of the most current and topical issues in the world of sport for persons with a disability in practice and theory, allowing a number of international voices to be heard. It provides answers and directions to many of the universal questions, needs and concerns that continue to face athletes with a disability and demonstrates practical implications for the conduct of sport, athlete training and performance development.
