Unser Wissen – sowohl das der Trainingspraxis, als auch das der Trainingswissenschaft – ist nicht so, “dass man es getrost nach Hause tragen” kann. Der moderne Wissensbegriff ist nicht statisch, sondern dynamisch. Was wir wissen, wissen wir nie ganz sicher. Unsere Theorien sind vorläufig bzw. nur so lange gültig, bis sie – anhand harter Daten – widerlegt werden. Verf.-Referat
Abstract
Our knowledge of both the practice and the theory of training is not a kind that one can take home confidently. The modern concept of science is not static but dynamic.
