Authors report the observation of a Pauzat's illness bilateral of pubic branches in a young conscribe girl starting her conscription as a volonteer. This observation, once again, emphasises for the Army's doctor the momentous of the anamnese and particularly of the clinic in the detection of this pathology of the bone's adaptation to the strain. Watchfulness must be important during the first two months of the conscribe's life, by multiplying X-ray radiographies as soon as the pathology is suspected. The bone szintigraphy, as an isotopic exploration, but very important, isn't often possible in the military closeness hospitals, unprovided with medical service.
