Abstract des Autors
Among epiphyseal detachments observed in children, those involving the coracoid are exceptional. When playing soccer, a 13-year-old boy suffered an epiphyseal detachment of the apex of the coracoid. Minute radiographic and sonographic explorations were required for diagnosis. Conservative treatment was successful with no sequelae and the boy returned to his sports activity two months later. Knowledge of the ossification of the coracoid and the accidental mechanism were helpful in understanding the cause of the lesion. Verf.-Referat
