Abstract des Autors
A very rare case of osteochondritis dissecans of the humeral head observed in a young moto-cross rider and most probably of traumatic origin is described. Diagnosis was based on scintigraphy, CT and NRI owing to the generic nature of the clinical picture, and confirmed during arthroscopic removal of the osteocartilaginous fragment and revivification of the subchondral bone.
