Abstract des Autors
In sports and rehabilitation practice training is foccussed largely at improvement of basic properties such as force, velocity, endurance and coordination. Apart from the coordination training one mostly applies the overload principle in the training of these basic properties. Based on literature data it is emphasized in this overview that not only the coordination training but also the strength- and the endurance training demonstrate quite specific training effects. Recent research findings relevant to learning and training of coordination indicate that for the coordination training the notion of specificity is not only important for the movement itself, but also the information context should be as specific as possible.
