The "Total Quality" strategy initially outlined and applied only to private companies and to industries, in the course of time it showed itself extensible and applicable also to companies producers of public services; among them the Health Division that, from this point of view, seems to be the less receptive for its characteristic and its wide and complex problems. Considering such premises, after having represented an operative framework of a Verification Revision Quality (VRQ), we propose a reference model of VRQ and quality control to apply to Sports Medicine and to the judgement on sports ability, as well as a simple questionnaire to distribute in Sports Medicine Centres which could be filled in by every patient during his waiting for the sports visit. Some useful comments could result from this questionnaire on the quality and benefit of the supplied service. Verf.-Referat
