Die Studie basiert auf 1664 Fussballunfaellen (Feldfussball: 84 Torhueter, 1333 Feldspieler; Hallenfussball: 29 Torhueter, 218 Feldspieler). Folgende Unfallhergangstypen wurden gefunden: Im Feldfussball (in Klammer Hallenfussball): Torhueter: Ballabwehr 39.3% (55.2%), Kontusionen 38.1% (24.1%), Stuerze 10.7% (10.3%), Sprunggelenkdistorsionen 8.3% (6.9%), Kniedistorsionen 3.6% (3.4%); Feldspieler: Kontusionen 50.1% (39.4%), Sprunggelenkdistorsionen 21.8% (28.9%), Knieverdrehen 13.4% (10.1%), Spontanverletzungen 3.9% (9.2%), Kopfballverletzungen 7.4% (2.8%). Als prophylaktische Massnahmen werden vor allem physiologisches oder synthetisches Tapen, Propriozeptorentraining und sportaerztliche Vorsorgeuntersuchungen empfohlen. Verf.-Referat |
