Abstract des Autors
Many studies have shown that plasma from exercising subjects exhibit enhanced coagulability and fibrinolysis. The mechanism of these reactions and their role in healthy men have not yet been elucidated. Reports of bleeding or thrombotic symptoms in healthy young athletes are, however, very rare. In order to evaluate the effect of strenuous exercise on blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system in healthy athletes, we selected the Triathlon race, which is one of the most exhaustive exercises. Then the changes of coagulation and fibrinolytic parameters before and after the race were examined. Verf.-Referat
