Abstract des Autors
The lesions of the ulnar collateral ligament of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb are very frequent. It is necessary to make a correct diagnostic iter for the indications to treatment. A new classificatory system is proposed for the various types of disrupture and the relative treatment, surgical or conservative. The authors show the results of a retrospective study on lesions of the ulnar collateral ligament of the MP joint of the thumb in sports. Authors report data relative to the management of practicing several sports and complaining of instability of MP joint of the thumb. Verf.-Referat
