Abstract des Autors
Motor rehabilitation of haemophiliacs is presently one of the main elements of the comprehensive treatment of this disease. However, in view of particular difficulties and possibilities of complications, especially in severe cases of haemophilia, rehabilitation treatment is still giving rise to considerable problems. The authors describe the methods of physiotherapy and kinesitherapy used since 6 years by them, which include treatment with magnetic field and kryotherapy with nitrogen vapour at extremely low temperature. The effects of rehabilitation treatment were assessed by means of measurements of movement range in the joints with arthropathy and the obtained results were subjected to statistical analysis.
