Abstract des Autors

The study was carried out with 48 participants who for the duration of 3 months trained twice a week. The load intensity was defined with the help of a heart rate formula modified by LAGERSTROM. The amount of running was determined by the individuals themselves on the basis of their personal fitness. At the end of training the parameters Cholesterol, HDL, HDL2, HDL3, LDL, Trigliceride in the means showed improved or unchanged values respectively. The beginners also showed an improvement in efficiency after 3 months. The consequences of the selected intensities of training showed especially positive results in the groups of Hyper-Cholesterol and the beginners, obtained in the parameters of fat metabolism. For the group of leasure-time sports people the intensities chosen seem to be too low. Verf.-Referat
