Abstract des Autors
The authors report two cases of traumatic disloction of the hip joint without associated bone lesion which occurred in two athletes, and they present data from the literature. They also describe the facilitating factors which may be either a hip positioned in capsulo-ligamentous relaxation combined with a violent trauma, or a dysplastic hip with defective cover or reduced anteversion of the femoral neck.
