Abstract
To realize an optimal early mobilisation and physical activity following myocard infarction or other disease of the heart and the circulatory system, knowledge about the actual functional state of the cardiovascular and neuromuscular system is necessary. The diagnostic program includes enzyme monitoring, ergometer tests, the measurements of ejection fraction, and other parameters. The therapeutical effects support the diagnostic added regime.
