Abstract des Autors
Nonsustained ventricular tachycardia can occur in athletes and healthy individuals in the absence of organic heart disease. However, because these ventricular arrhythmias may reflect occult organic heart disease, further evaluation (medical and family history, physical examination, ECG, and echocardiography) is warranted. If nonsustained ventricular tachycardia is determined to be benign, treatment is not necessary, as demonstrated in this case report. Verf.-Referat
