Abstract

The purposes of this study were to (1) examine the effect of different practices on baseball pitching performance, (2) examine whether or not there is an interactive relationship between subjects ability and practices in term of basseball pitching performance. The major findings of this study were: (1) It was found that there was significant difference among different experimental practices. Tukeys post hoc test indicated that VMBR and Muscular relaxation group were better on baseball pitching performance. (2) It was found that there was an interactive relationship between ability and practice. The results of Tukeys test indicated that VMBR was more effective when implemented to the higher ability subjects than lower ability subjects. Verf.-Referat
