Abstract
Diagnosis and treatment of the `anterior snapping hip are described and illustrated with four cases. Treatment consisted of a tenotomy of the iliopsoas tendon with a good result. The `anterior snapping hip is to be differentiated from the `lateral snapping hip (coxa saltans anterior/coxa saltans lateralis). Verf.-Referat
