Abstract
Most difficult tight knee problems can be solved by simply adhering to strict surgical techniques such as using a leg holder to obtain adequate distraction of the medial or lateral compartments, using large inflow cannulas and tubing to obtain maximum joint distention, and having good visualization with quality arthroscopic equipment. This article also describes several special maneuvers to help the arthroscopist see difficult lesions of the posterior horn of both the medial and the lateral menisci. Verf.-Referat
