Abstract
The spectrum of posterior element, vertebral injury in the young gymnasts ranges from stress reaction to spondylolisthesis. Hyperextension and repetitive microtrauma lead to such injuries in young athletes. Early recognition may lead to a more favorable clinical outcome. Verf.-Referat
