Abstract
Rotator cuff injuries, especially in athletes, can be very disabling. A case of an isolated rupture of the subscapularis tendon in an arm wrestler is reported. Preoperative arthrogram and CT scan with intraoperative pictures are used to illustrate the pathology. Recommendation for treatment is surgical repair. Verf.-Referat
