Abstract
Sheercliff, training-ground situated away from the mountains, allows an intensive climbing-practice. For several years, a pathology of the upper limb has occurred in climbers. Fingers, often affected, are the center of a mechanical tenosynovitis syndrome recently described, but also there are wrenches and cutaneous wounds. Elbow and shoulder are not subject to specific attacks, but painful lesions of epitrochlea are more often observed. Verf.-Referat
