Abstract
The Cybex Isokinetic Dynanometer has come into widespread use in the fields of exercise physiology as well as diagnostic and rehabilitative medicine. This article presents a summary of values of peak torquet developed about the knee joint using the dynanometer with wellperformed Australian sports people. It is hoped that, whilst the numbers in each sport are not large, this this data may facilitate the interpretation of values obtained from sports people involved in Cybex testing in the many settings throughout Australia.
