Die Rueckenstosstechnik und die Rotationstechnik des Kugelstossens werden in biomechanischer Hinsicht miteinander verglichen. Es wird deutlich, dass die Rueckenstosstechnik der Rotationstechnik im Hinblick auf die moegliche Kraft- und Geschwindigkeitsentfaltung unterlegen ist. Die Rotationstechnik bedarf jedoch noch der Verfeinerung, um das groessere Potential auch umsetzen zu koennen. -schi- |
