| abstract |
Verf. untersuchten an 84 maennlichen Sportstudenten die Auswirkungen verbaler und materieller Belohnung auf die intrinsische Motivation. Die Vpn fuehrten imersten Teil eine intrinsisch motivierte, motorische Aufgabe ohne jegliche weitere Anweisung aus. Im zweiten Teil wurde die gleiche Aufgabe unter verschiedenen kombinierten Treatmentbedingungen (mitohne Belohnung; positives negatives kein Feedback) durchgefuehrt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass materielle Belohnung keine Auswirkungen auf die intrinsische Motivation hatte, waehrend positives verbales Feedback diese erhoehte, negatives verbales Feedback jedoch erniedrigte.
