Abstract
Unstable and painful shoulders represent something that physicians specializing on sports medicine should know. This syndrom in particular is the consequence of a lesion of the edge of the anterior glenoid cavity or of the labrumcavity. This lesion can come without dislocation of the shoulder. The authors describe two very characteristics signs. X-rays should be done very methodically. It is essential that a glenoid profile x-rays is made. The treatment depends on the intensity of the pain and the functional disability. Surgery is indicated only in the cases where the patient is incapacitated. Verf.-Referat
