Abstract

The authors have made a simultaneous research on the urines, blood and serum of 18 football players between 19 and 33 years old before and after an official match. Have been studied the alterations induced by the stress on the urinary and serumhematic rates of various elements as urinary chlorine, sodiumand potassium, Hb, RBC, WBC, differential counter, serum glucose, urea, uric, acid, creatinine, bilirubine, proteins, calcium, iron, chlorides, sodium, potassium, cholesterol, triglycerides, AP, CPK (MM, BB, MB), LDH, SGOT, SGPT. IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C3A. A typical and constant disorder has been detected in the serum and urine biochimic characteristics. It is essentially provoked by the involvement of the various organs and apparatus involved simultaneously bythe muscular contraction and is characterized by: 1) rapidity of rise and regression; 2) changes of rise and regression according to constant parameters; 3) achievement of rates sometimes just pathological without relative chronic alteration of the biochimic and blood cells parameters; 4) variability of the intensity and degree in connexion with the type of the stress, its intensity and duration, the degree of training, the physical conditions of the ambient and psychic care of the player.
