N2 - 235 footballers in development age have been studied in order to identify the presence of training-induced signs of cardiocirculatory adaptation. These adaptational alterations have been studied through X-ray examination (in the search for possible cardiomegalia and/or increase in pulmonary vascular tissuewith study of its distribution) and by ECG for the identification of certain signs characteristic of training-induced vagal hypertonia (bradycardia, a-v block) and/or of right ventricle volume overload (right focal block, incomplete BBD). Spirographic study was also carried out to evaluate certain ventilatory function values. Differential features with the syndrome of adolescent cardiocirculatory hyperactivity and with X-ray pictures of cardiopathy have also been considered. Verf.-Referat
