Abstract
The main features of the fibrinolytic system and its circadian physiological variations are examined. Changes induced by exercise are divided in accordancewith the intensity of the work done. Increased fibrinolysis is at its greatestin short work at maximum effort and of modest extent in moderate effort over along period. Data regarding trained subjects are presented. It is shown that adepressed fibrinolytic response exists in dyslipidaemic subjects, hypertensives, and heart patients. Verf.-Referat
