| abstract |
The techniques employed for assessing the coronary reserve which, along with the cardiac ans vascular reserve, may be considered a component of cardiovascular fitness, i.e. cardiocirculatory functional capacity, are reviewed. Of the various techniques involved, ECG during and after muscular exercise is undoubtedly one of the commonest. The modalities for carrying out the ergometrictests are presented and the clinical and ECG signs pointing to conditions of coronary insufficiency indicated. Verf.-Referat |
