Abstract
The authors review the available measures for a differential diagnosis of acute soft part injuries of the knee, and give a detailed discussion of knee joint arthrography. They emphasize the importance of arthrography in the early postinjury period when it is sufficiently indicated in order to achieve a complete recovery. Their experience relies on the study and evaluation of 524 arthrographies. Arthography is recommended also in the soft part injuries of the knee. Verf.-Referat
