Abstract

Der DSLV zählt Lehrerfortbildung zu seinen wichtigsten Aufgaben. Systematische Studien zum Umgang mit dieser Aufgabe liegen bislang kaum vor. Der Beitrag kann deshalb nur erste Schritte in diese Richtung machen. Er widmet sich ausschließlich der Ebene der Fortbildungsangebote und gibt auf der Basis einer kleinen Online-Umfrage zunächst eine knappe Übersicht zu den Fortbildungsbemühungen der Landesverbände. Anschließend werden am Beispiel NRW Themen und Inhalte der Angebote mithilfe professionstheoretischer Kategorien genauer ausgewertet. Es können auf diesem Weg sowohl bisherige Leistungen des DSLV als auch Optimierungspotential aufgezeigt werden. Verf.-Referat

Abstract

The German Association of Physical Educators (DSLV) considers teachers’ continuing education as one of its most important tasks. Systematic studies pertaining to the realization of this task hardly exist thus far. Therefore the author offers initial steps in this direction. He restricts himself to the level of continuing education course offerings and based on a small online survey he starts out with a concise overview of the state associations’ efforts concerning further education. Then the author uses the example of North Rhine Westphalia to strictly evaluate the topics and contents of the course offerings based on job related categories. Thus the author presents both the DSLV’s achievements up till this point in time as well as its optimizing potential. Verf.-Referat
