Abstract des Autors
Arthroskopische Operationstechniken zur Behandlung von Knorpelschäden am Kniegelenk werden zunehmend eingesetzt. Neuartige Instrumentarien erlauben auch bei aufwändigen Rekonstruktionen ein arthroskopisches Vorgehen. Die Refixation eines Knorpelflakes sollte das primäre Ziel einer operativen Maßnahme darstellen. Ist das nicht möglich, kann neben der Mikrofrakturierung die Knochen-Knorpel-Transplantation und in Einzelfällen auch die autologe Chondrozytentransplantation arthroskopisch durchgeführt werden. The arthroscopic treatment of cartilage defects in the knee joint has become more popular in the last years. New devices improved the implementation of an arthroscopic technique. If possible a refixation of a flake should be aspired. If it is not possible microfracturing, OATS or ACT can be performed arthroscopically in many cases. Verf.-Referat
