Abstract
Verf.-Referat

Abstract
Using an evolution-oriented approach to learning and training, the author tries to deal with the teaching of sports from a different than usual point of view. Teaching sports is not seen as the training of athletes to imitate ideal movements (based on an external point of view), but as a training which confronts the athletes with situations that require them to look for individual solutions (based on an internal point of view). This method can therefore be classified as problem-oriented learning. Verf.-Referat
