Abstract
Verf.-Referat
Abstract
After a front crucial ligament plastic, a sports therapy is undertaken. This puts emphasis on the multi-joint-concept, especially Squats, based on R. P. Narcessian. According to this exercise of the closed kinematic muscle, the entire knee stabilising muscular system is functionally trained to adapt to daily routine. In so-doing, the actual exercise tolerance of the injured structure is taken into account by carrying out the necessary assessments. In this article, the authors describe the Squat-A/B-Test as well as the ensuing systematic progression of exercise tolerance. Verf.-Referat
