Abstract des Autors
The main purpose of our work has been to evaluate the diagnostic precision of the ultrasonographical research in eight subjects suffering from pubosymphyseal pathology. This pathology has been studied in its osseous, fibrocartilagineous and tendinous components. The results of this research have been compared with the traditional radiologic method and the diagnostic process in this kind of ailment is suggested. On one side the echographic method has proved to be very useful particularly for evaluating the tendinous and fibrocartilagineous components; on the other, traditional radiology is basic for osseous component evaluation.
