This article details the authors approach to posterolateral instability of the knee. The authors approach posterolateral instability with serial exploration of the iliotibial band, biceps tendon, peroneal nerve, lateral collateral ligament, popliteus, and popliteofibular ligament. The popliteus, popliteofibular ligament, lateral collateral ligament, and iliotibial band are then sequentially repaired, augmented, or reconstructed. Verf.-Referat
