Abstract
In two experiments the effect of cryotherapy on microcirculation was examined. The experiments indicate that already during cold application skin blood flow increases. The permeability of the superficial lymph vessels will also increase (in animals). We therefore advise that it might be sufficient to cool over a period of 8 to 10 minutes. Verf.-Referat
