Abstract

Twenty cyclists, ten of which have been subjected to under-maximal effort and ten to maximal cycle-ergometry after and before the administration of diclofenac, have been studied. Functional platelet activation has been observed statistically significant with strong ability of aggregation with the used inductors (ADP, HA, Collagen) and increase of the circulating united platelets, after a maximal effort test and not after under-maximal effort test. The administration of diclofenac has produced a decrease of the functional platelet activation with hypoaggregability at the used inductors and a decrease of the united platelets circulating. In the patients who have assumed the medicine a reduction of the functional platelet activation has reached significant levels after maximal testing. So the inhibitory action about the platelet functionality has been the more intensive the more it was activated. Significant variations of the PTT and fibrinogen have not been observed after and before under-maximal and maximal effort testing. Verf.-Referat
