Abstract
The authors refer the results at a distance from the revision of 50 vertebral ski fractures treated with the incruent method in 43 cases and cruent in 7 cases. They show how in the last years the vertebral traumas have increased and that percentually the lesions are caused by falls at low velocity; this is favoured by defects in technique, muscular fatigue, atmospheric conditions, crowding and materials. They make evident how the conduct of the therapy has to aim, always, to reduce the fracture and/or the dislocation and stabilize it to better eventual neurologic damage associated. Verf.-Referat
